Playing the object of man after man's affections on Y&R isn't all it's cracked up to be. Just ask Christel Khalil (Lily). "It's fun to be in that position at first, but Lily's men always end up leaving her for somebody else," points out Khalil. "She's The Starter Wife. Or maybe The Starter Girlfriend. Isn't that sad?" No matter; Khalil has been enjoying her new onscreen pairing with Billy Miller (Billy). "It's always fun to do something different and dramatic. It gets boring when you're doing the same thing over and over," notes Khalil, who doesn't seem to mind the Cane/Lily split. "Lily's developed a backbone. She's doing whatever she wants and having a lot of fun."
