Billy shows up at the hospital drunk and wants to see the baby, he and Cane get into a little and Billy is escorted out by security. Cane then turns around and says to Jill "That sloppy drunk is who you replaced me with as CEO of Jabot"!!!
Jill then runs to Victor to try and talk him out of keeping Billy as CEO. Victor tells Jill he doesn't give a d**n about what happens to Jabot and if Katherine were around she'd have found a solution by now. Jill threatens to tell Ashely about what's going on and Victor says go ahead and you'll walk out without my 5% and Jabot.
Brad's will is read, the girls and his mother are left with everything. He leaves a letters for Colleen, Abby and Ashley. Brad gave control of Abby's trust to Colleen. In his letter to Ashley he explains why he did it.
Billy runs into Sharon at the bar and they start drinking together! ! Sharon is trashed and whining that Nick forgot their anniversary today??? The bartender asks if they want her to call a couple of cabs and they both agree that 1 will do, Sharon kisses Billy.
Nick and Sharon allow Noah to spend time with Eden so long as he follows the other rules and no sneaking around.
