Surprise surprise Victor outbids them and gets Jabot.
He fires Jack and Ashley and appoints Gloria in charge. Apparently, Victor's hatred for Jack runs deep, that he is willing to sacrifice his investment. Ashley is infuriated and Jack vows revenge to prove that Victor somehow got insider info. PB says, "it's not over yet..."
