Daniel and Lily talk about Nick and Dru's death. Daniel attempts to comfort Lily but she pulls away, Daniel realizes she has yet to forgive/trust him
Victoria gets a call regarding business at NE, but she doesn't want to deal with it right now, so Brad offers to take care of it
Neil goes to the ranch to give his support to Victor
Phyllis is given the cold shoulder by Nikki while attempting to help Nikki and Victoria plan Nick's memorial service
Katherine tells Michael she wants to buy Jabot back from Jack
Brad asks JT to stay away from Victoria
Michael is upset that Katherine is buying Jabot from Jack and is unable to change her mind
Phyllis confides in Katherine about her pain and breaks down
Michael tells Lauren about the difficult situation he's in as both Victor and Katherine are his clients
Brad tells Victor he's taken care of the work at NE. Victor gets upset and accuses Brad of trying to take Nick's place! Brad denies it saying he was just trying to help. Victor says from now on Brad will do as Neil tells him to do as Neil will be running NE with Victoria!
Next - Noah is lying on Sharon's lap as she tells him Nick's in heaven with Cassie, Noah wants to see him. Victor doesn't feel he can bury his son. Everyone gathers for the memorial service for Nick
