KATE LINDER JOINS THE GARDEN GROVE STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL PARADE
See Kate Linder (Esther Valentine of CBS’ “The Young and the Restless,” the #1 rated soap opera) at the Garden Grove Strawberry Festival Parade.
WHEN: Saturday, May 26, 10 AM (and giant strawberry cake cutting ceremony on Friday, May 25 at 6 PM)
WHERE: The Village Green between Main St. and Euclid Ave. in downtown Garden Grove, CA

The four-day event is the second largest city festival in the Western U.S. and the Garden Grove Strawberry Festival Assn. is a non-profit organization that has raised $4.5 million for local charities since its inception in 1958. Linder is a past Grand Marshal (this year’s are Jan and Mickey Rooney) and annual participant in the parade. Other parade participants this year include thingy Van Patten, George Lopez Show’s Masiela Lusha and Luis Armand Garcia, Alison Arngrim and Days’ Ashley Benson, among many others.
Kate Linder has been on “The Young and the Restless” for 25 years and is also Governor of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences’ Daytime Peer Group.
