Forget the drama in Y&R's Genoa City, Greg Rikaart (Kevin) has plenty of it at his new home. "My neighbors are Bob (Guiney) and Rebecca (Budig, ex-Greenlee, AMC). We're super-tight," he shares. "They have a new puppy named Phoebe, so she and my dog Fred are having a torrid love affair. In fact, when we get around to working on the backyard, we're going to put a doggie door in the fence separating our yards."
