No one can accuse Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren) of lacking a sense of adventure. In fact, when the petite beauty went on a family vacation to Costa Rica a couple of years ago, she found herself 500 feet off the ground, swinging on a seat across a waterfall and gorge. "You're going about 40 miles per hour on a cord from one side of the falls to the other," she recalls. "You're basically pushed through a bush and then... there's nothing below you! That was part of my 'Oh, God!' moment." while the scenery was breathtaking, she admits that she would be hard-pressed to do a repeat performance. "It was the greatest experience--although I will never do it again as long as I live!" she vows with a laugh. "If they would have told me what it was going to be like, I don't think I would have done it. And anybody who has a fear of heights, forget it!"
