Vail Bloom is playing the role of Heather, the new prosecutor on The Young and the Restless, and, more importantly, Paul Williams' (Doug Davidson) daughter, although she doesn't know that. The daytime newcomer has guest-starred on the nighttime series Las Vegas, and her good looks got her profiled in the men's magazine, Maxim.
