Y&R's Christel Khalil (Lily) says that while she was never in a position to be told to lose weight like her model alter ego, she has been the subject of intense body image scrutiny. "I haven't ever faced people telling me that I'm fat, but I have faced people who think that I'm anorexic or bulimic," she shares. "I've had people think that I must not eat anything." Just for the record, Khalil says that she's a healthy eater and actually loves food. However, she's genetically blessed with a great metabolism. "People aren't used to seeing people who are naturally thin," reasons the actress. "If I was anorexic, I think I would look extremely unhealthy. I'm thin--but I'm not that thin!"
